TYNESIDE
LOGISTICS

Dispatch → field work.
Phase 1 spine: jobs, workers, routes.

Tonight we start where the product is weakest and most visible: a working desktop site and a maps / route visualiser with waypoints. No Cloud Run until Michael is back. Everything here runs on your machine.

This increment is live

The site is meant to look working at every step. Open the map, drop waypoints, get a route.

Desktop chrome

Same family as tyneside.software: sticky nav, amber logistics skin, honest copy. This page is that slice.

Map + waypoints

Click the map to pin a stop. Route uses public OSRM when the network is up; otherwise a straight-line fallback so it never looks broken.

Local, not Cloud Run

First two hours: serve.ps1 for the site, optional local API on :8080. Persistence and accounts wait until the backend is up.

What this is for

Tyneside Logistics: iCabbi-class dispatch, then cleaning on the same spine. Docs live on tyneside.software/logistics. Tonight we prove the visual layer.
